Mr. Pickett provides middle market investment opportunities, underwriting, consulting and asset management services through Exeter Real Estate Capital Advisors, which he formed in 2005.

Luke was formerly Managing Director of Investments at Rhode Island Commerce Corporation where he created a participating tax incentive program for the State.  Prior to RICC, Luke was President of Calamar Capital Services running two real estate investments funds.  He is also an alum of CB Richard Ellis and Crow Holdings in Dallas.

Current clients include Var Capital Advisors, Champion Real Estate, Spinnaker Trust, Columbian Mutual Life, and Bloomfield Capital.
